Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of haven.3okay.com (“Haven,” “we,” “our”). By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Haven.
1. Who can use Haven
You must be at least 18 years old, capable of forming a binding contract, and provide accurate information when registering.
2. Your account
- You’re responsible for keeping your password secure.
- You’re responsible for activity that happens under your account.
- Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
- One person, one account — no shared logins.
3. Listings and bookings
Haven is a marketplace connecting tenants with property owners. Property listings are submitted by users and verified by Haven’s team before going live, but we don’t guarantee the accuracy of every detail provided by an owner.
When you book a property, the contract is between you and the property owner. Haven facilitates the transaction and provides a dispute-resolution process but is not itself the owner of the property.
4. Payments
Payments are processed by SSLCommerz and bKash. Haven may charge service fees, which are shown clearly before checkout. Refunds are handled per the cancellation policy of each booking.
5. Content you post
When you post property listings, reviews, photos, or any other content, you keep ownership but grant Haven a worldwide, non-exclusive license to display it on the platform.
You agree not to post content that:
- is false or misleading,
- violates someone else’s rights,
- is illegal, harassing, or defamatory,
- contains malware or attempts to disrupt the service.
We can remove content that violates these Terms and suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate them.
6. Communications
By creating an account, you consent to receive transactional emails from Haven (verification, password reset, booking notifications, security alerts). You can stop these by deleting your account or contacting support@3okay.com.
7. Termination
You can delete your account anytime from your dashboard. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or where we’re required to by law.
8. Disclaimer
Haven is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties. We don’t guarantee uninterrupted service or that the platform will always be free of errors.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Haven’s total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Dhaka.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated by email. Continued use after the changes means you accept the new Terms.
